Air Cleaner The large capacity air cleaner with pre-cleaner (Diesel) and Dual Element Air-cleaner(LPG) mean long service intervals. A visual indicator shows when the filter needs cleaning.

Planetary Drive Axle New, heavy duty, transaxle design includes 2-speed, electric shift transmission, and uses 4-pinion differential/spiral bevel gear set and planetary wheel ends to transfer high torque to the drive wheels. Drive shaft is made from carbonized high tensile alloy steel for long life.

High Strengthen Front-end Structure High strengthen steel mast rail, wide visible carrage figure and permanent grease sealed roller bearing will increase the strength of front-end. And also the side thrust roller bearing on carriage can make adjusting clearance of inner mast rail and carriage. This enhanced mechanism will eliminate swaying and provide excellent stability on high lift operation.

Oil-Cooled Disc Brakes(Option) Oil cooled disc brakes are available as an option on all D40S series tire lift trucks and are recommended for applications in humid, abrasive or corrosive environments, or with ramp, loading and unloading applications. This enclosed brake system eliminates outside contamination, significantly extending brake life and decreasing maintenance costs. Oil cooled disc brakes have service intervals 5 times longer than conventional shoe brakes, and require little maintenance.
