Drive System Built to Last The powerful drive train and motor are built to last. Standard self-adjusting brakes with non-asbestos, non ferrous brake shoe material provides responsive braking with low pedal effort.

Drive and Pump Motors A single, variable speed hydraulic motor provides the steering and lifting functions. The motors are class H insulated and thermally protected.

Oil-Cooled Disc Brakes Oil cooled disc brakes are optional equipment on BC25S series cushion tire lift trucks and are recommended for applications in humid, abrasive or corrosive environments, or with ramp, loading and unloading applications. This enclosed brake system eliminates outside contaminatin, significantly extending brake lift and decreasing maintenance costs. Oil cooled disc brakes have service interval 5 times longer than conventional shoe brakes and requite little maintenance.

Easy Battery Installation and Maintenance The battery compartment is accessed by a hinged one-piece integral battery restraint cover supported by gas cylinders, which allows for easy access for battery maintenance and removal.

Excellent Access to Motors Both drive and pump motor brushes are easily accessed through the battery compartment. Brush wear indicators are standard.
