Microprocessor Monitors Truck Components The lift trucks electronic brain is a microprocessor control panel. The microprocessor provides 'run time diagnostics' as well as 'self-diagnostics' fault finding. With 'run time' diagnostics, the microprocessor continually monitors the truck's performance and alerts the operator to problems. Built in self-diagnostics help service engineers check for electrical malfunctions without the need for expensive external test equipment. Numerous functions can be programmed as standard to suit operating conditions.

Simple Hydmulic and Pump Motor Inspection The hydraulic motor and pump are located in the outside of the chassis. This allows for easy inspection, without the need to remove the traction battery.

Easy Access to Electrical Components and Hydraulic Filter Located in the outside of the chassis to ease check.

Fully Hydrostatic Steering System The hydrostatic steering system powered with dual-purpose hydraulic lift and steer motor, uses fewer parts for reduced downtime.The system features a needle bearing steer axle designed to outlast conventional steering systems, even in contaminated environments or high impact applications.

Drive and Pump Motors A single, variable speed hydraulic motor provides the steering and lifting functions. The motors are class H insulated and thermally protected.

Easy Battery Installation and Maintenance The battery compartment is accessed by a hinged one-piece integral battery restraint cover, which allows for easy access for battery maintenance and removal.
